The MOPP Lowdown....
🧡 Delivery Days – Our regular pick-up and delivery days are Monday and Friday. Requests outside these days may be accommodated by prior arrangement and are subject to availability.
🧡 Stain Treatment – Heavily soiled linen, set-in stains or items requiring additional treatment may incur an extra stain treatment charge.
🧡 Turnaround Times – We aim to provide a prompt and reliable turnaround. Urgent or last-minute requests may incur an additional fee.
🧡 Delivery Charges – Pick-up and delivery charges are quoted separately depending on location and requirements.
🧡 Your Linen Or Ours – Choose from MOPP’s linen hire range or send us your own linen for professional laundering and pressing.
🧡 Special Care Items – Please let us know about delicate fabrics, special care instructions or existing damage before we process your linen.
🧡 Stain Removal – We’ll always do our best, but complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed.
🧡 GST – Prices shown are exclusive of GST, unless otherwise stated.
🧡 Order Confirmation – Online orders are considered requests until MOPP confirms availability, pricing and delivery or collection arrangements.
